Here’s what you’ll need to make the perfect batter:
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups water
- 3 tbs vanilla (Yes, tablespoons. Trust us.)
- 2 tbs vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 3 cups flour
Just pile the ingredients into a blender. Talk about easy cleanup!
